Styling celebrities takes a special kind of person with just the right temperment. It's exciting and stressful all at once, and it's not for everyone. It requires more than just the ability to buy great clothes. Qualities of a good stylist include diplomacy, graciouness, and business acumen. Oh, and a degree in psychology is a plus. ENJOY!

DaRico (Rico) Jackson has always been an artist at heart, launching two businesses in short succession; Fusion, an eclectic upscale hair salon with a neo soul vibe, and Contour, a non-profit modeling agency for people of color. He quickly gained notoriety when he became Shaquille Oneal's stylist. Rico has worked on several makeover series including the Fashion Network's "A Second Look, and " "How Do I Look" for E. Celebrity clients include Tasha Smith of Daddy's Little Girls, Michael Ealy of Barbershop, and Gina Ravera.

Makeup Artist, Crystal Maria Showletter1_4
In Crystal's eyes, beauty is all about lightness, purity and, paradoxically, mastering the artificial.
Crystal is inspired by the passion she sees in people's faces, as well as colour, film, painting, and photography.
Since moving to LA in September she has worked on several celebrity shoots. Keep an eye out for her new tears and the months go by.

Florstephanie3
Makeup & Hair Stylist Stephanie Flor has been sorely missed since she moved back to New York after a brief stint in Los Angeles.

Originally from a small town in Suffolk County New York, Stephanie ventured to LA for school, and a foot in the door at Crystal Agency.
In a few short months she amassed an impressive3 array of credits including Emmy and Statement magazines, In-Touch, MTV and Seventeen. The Temptations, Yung Berg, Martin Short, Terry Crews, and Patrick Warburton fill in the celebrity section of her resume.

Stephanie Flor looks forward to the future in collaborating with people with the same mentality to deliver greatness and always beyond expectations. Makeup artistry isn’t a career it’s a way of living.
